Programs
Holly’s Barrett’s Esophagus Program
Holly’s Barrett’s Esophagus Program provides a dedicated referral pathway for patients at increased risk of Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma. In partnership with primary care physicians, the program supports risk-based screening, guideline-based surveillance, and timely specialist assessment.
Referrals are welcomed for patients with long-standing GERD and additional risk factors, established Barrett’s esophagus requiring surveillance, or dysplasia and concerning endoscopic findings.
Our goal is to promote early identification, appropriate surveillance, and timely intervention to deliver specialized, patient-centered care.
Integrated Lynch Syndrome Navigation Program
Holly Endoscopy Clinic’s Integrated Lynch Syndrome Navigation Program streamlines surveillance for patients with Lynch syndrome, ensuring recommended tests and specialist assessments are completed on schedule.
Following an initial oncology consultation, patients receive a coordinated surveillance plan implemented through Holly Endoscopy Clinic and Sunnybrook. Our goal is to simplify care, support guideline-based surveillance, and keep primary healthcare providers informed throughout the process.
